Zahra inks series are a range of Flexo and Roto Gravure inks has been specifically formulated from high quality raw materials for surface and reverse printing on poly olefins films. Zahra inks are available in white and wide range of colors. Zahra series are free off any additives or fillers which affect Cylinders and Doctor Blade ( in case of Rotogravure ). Main characteristics: * Very good adhesion. * High gloss level. * Good printability * Low solvent retention. * High scratch and rub resistance. * High water resistance * Suitable for surface and reverse printing. * Free of lead, chromium and molibdates compounds. Recommended surface: Most treated polyolefin films OPP, PET (Chemically Treated ), PA, LDPE, LLDPE, PVC, paper, Aluminum foil and Cellophane Film. Auxiliaries: Solvents for Gravure Printing: Quick Drying Agent Ethyl Acetate (EA) Thinner Ethyl Acetate (EA) and Ethanol in any mixture Retarder Ethoxy Propanol(EP) Solvents for Flexo Printing: Quick Drying Agent Ethyl Acetate (EA) Thinner Ethanol Retarder Ethoxy Propanol(EP) Viscosity adjustment: Viscosity should be measured after stirring the ink in the printing machine. Printing viscosity is *4 � *8 sec / Ford Cup 4 at *5 ?C for Roto Gravure printing and *0 � *5 sec / Ford Cup 4 at *5 ?C for Flexo printing. Information on processing: Zahra inks may be used at press speed of *0 � **0 m/min using the appropriate reducer, a key temperature of *5 � *0 ?C (web) is normally sufficient to achieve adhesion. The actual temperature may be varied according to substrates, process, and press conditions. Storage: Zahra inks may not be suited to extended exposure to direct sun light and we recommend that these products are used within one year of the manufacturing date which is printed on the label. Pack sizes: Inks could be delivered in several pack sizes. Cleaning: The reducer solvent can be used for cleaning.
