It is native from Amazonia, particularly its oriental side (Maranhão), and nowadays it is disseminated for all Amazon. Description: Product obtained from pasteurized cupuacu pulp submitted to freezing and freeze drying according to the Good Manufacturing Practices. Non fermented product, non-alcoholic, without conservation agents. Ingredients: Cupuacu and silicon dioxide. Application: Chocolates, beverages, desserts, ice-creams, energetic bars and others.
