After that the can will be leaded in the second cutting machine through the quick drive plate. The paper cans cut by the cutting machine will be moved away by another device. The paper can that is hemmed will be laid on the transportation line, and the other part of the paper can will be introduced to the third hem machine. After the third machine, the paper can will also be laid on the transportation line and the two part will meet at the assembly line. 2. All the processes are controlled by PLC. Stepping motors, lots of sensors are used to make this production line more intelligent. 3. Only one person is needed to operate this machine due to the automatic control system. 4. The operators can operate the machine through the Touch screen. Almost all of the actuators can be worked independently, so the debug process will be very easy. The modular design of module makes the replacement of the module very easy and quick. 5. The lubrication of the machine is completed by an automatic mechanism.
