Description

Restylane® is composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that already exists in the body, and is a cosmetic dermal-filler to be injected into the skin to smooth facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds). The hyaluronic acid in this product is a crystal clear gel that that is chemically cross-linked to delay breakdown by skin enzymes.

Restylane® is non-animal based and free from animal protein, so allergy pre-testing is not necessary. Restylane®’s water-loving nature attracts and binds water molecules to help maintain volume, and studies have shown that the effects last about six months. Restylane Lidocaine and Restylane Perlane Lidocaine are now available, giving you a more comfortable treatment experience.
