This machine is mainly made up of bed table, moving gantry, drilling head, automatic chip conveyor and cooling equipment, electrical systems, automatic lubrication device and other components. This machine is with moving gantry structure. Vertical movement (X axis), lateral movement (Y axis) and the drilling head vertical movement (Z axis) are driven by servo motor through precision ball screws guide. Which can automatically, accurately and quickly positioning, automatically finish the drilling process, greatly improved drilling accuracy and speed. Meanwhile, it also avoids the the possibility of workpiece repair or scrapped caused by manual positioning and drilling error.
