1. Buyer issues LOI to Seller.
2. Seller’s Mandate prepares FCO.
3. Buyer approves FCO and returns with BCL or appropriate

4. Buyer send sample of verbiage of LC along with Proof of
Funds.
5. Seller’s Mandate issues Contract to Buyer for approval and
signature.
6. Hard Copies of Contract or Pro-forma Invoice issued if
required.
7. Buyer issues pre-advise IRDLC
8. Seller issues Performance Bond and provides Proof of
Product
9. Shipping commences within ****5 Days
