Description of the Rotary Dryer:
This rotary dryer, also known as drum dryer, is a kind of
fertilizer unit mainly used for drying materials in cement sector,
mineral industry, building material field, chemical industry, food
industry, and fertilizer industry, etc. And this dryer can be used
independently as well as in combination with other fertilizer
equipments.
Its main components are rotary body, lifting blade, driving device,
supporting device and sealing ring.
Features of the Rotary Dryer:
1.This rotary dryer is mainly characterized by rational structure,
high efficiency, low energy consumption, reliable performance, and
easy operation, etc.
2.This machine has a lower consumption degree of coal and
electricity. Besides, it possesses a production capacity ****5%
higher than common ones.
3.In order to better control the temperature of the dryer, the
feeding device and discharging device are fitted with
thermocouples. Thus, temperature changes of the feeding end and
discharging end of this rotary dyer can be clearly showed by
thermocouples. In this way, users can better control the working
temperature inside rotary dryer at ******0℃.
Working Principle of the Rotary Dryer:
1.The heat source of this rotary dryer is from combustion
apparatus, and this rotary dryer adopts counter flow type heating
mode.
2.The heating air supply enters into the dryer through discharge
end, and materials to be dried enter into the slant rotary dryer
through feed box. When materials to be dried enter into the dryer,
they will be pushed to the back of the drum by spiral shoveling
plate.
3.On one hand, materials flow to the back under functions of
gravity and rotary force. On the other hand, they are shoveled up
repeatedly by the shoveling plate, and those materials are sent to
the upper end and then fall down. In this way, those materials take
the shape of curtains, so they can easily and fully exchange heat
with hot air. Gradually those materials can be thoroughly
dried.
