PH Control Dosing System (PHCDS) Firstly set the needed PH in display control table, then metering pump starts working to add liquid, PH detector test the water's PH, and show it on the display control table. If the measured PH is not the same as the previous one, the control-metering pump will start or stop automatically to adjust. so you can automatically control the water's PH at the set value. System components: 1.      Precision-metering pumps Precision-metering pumps can change the quantity of the liquid according to the signal from PH instrument automatically and add chemicals precisely. 2.      PH display control table It shows the PH of the water. If the measured PH is not the same as the set one, the control-metering pump will start or stop automatically to adjust. 3.      PH detector It can accurately measure the PH of water being processed, and will be accurately transmit the signal to the PH display control table. 4.      Suction tank assembly It can detect chemicals in the drug whether or not exhausted, and send signals to stop the metering pumps to stop working when there is less chemical liquid. 5.      Chemical dosing tank Special storage tank, on the top are a precision metering pumps and other equipment to install a dedicated positioning holes with the capacity ranging from *5L to ***0L.
