The common green olive called Koroneiki or Psiloelia has very small fruit but a high oil content up to *7%, and from these kinds of olives you get a high quality table oil. 

The oil is cold extracted from the olives and after that it is worked carefully in a natural process. In this way we produce this unique pure olive oil with both perfect taste and aroma. Of course this is unfiltered and has not been mixed with other kinds of oil, or chemical additives.
