3) Buyer sign, seal and return the FCO and send MT **9 for
bank of seller
4) Seller issues Draft Contract
5) Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract, seller sign
the Contract and return to the Buyer
6) Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract
to their respective Banks.
7) Within 3 (three) banking days, Buyer Bank sends a
Non-operative SBLC or BG for total negotiation value to the
seller’s Bank
