Description
AE – SUPERWASH is a unique
formulation for decolorization of syrup obtained from various
process of juice clarification in sugar factories. It removes
turbidity and eliminates suspended matter.
AE – SUPERWASH is
formulated by blending of highly compatible color absorbing
polymers and surfactants. It makes use of double sulphitation
process of direct consumption sugars to impart permanent brightness
with export quality ICUMSA colors. It is a milky white high
concentrated and stable liquid, easily soluble in water.

Precaution
(a) For best results treated material be heated to *5°0C to
*5°C
(b) Contents of containers be shaken well before use.
BENEFITS:
AE – SUPERWASH lead to
marked reduction in color and turbidity of treated syrup.
AE – SUPERWASH reduces
viscosity of syrup and almost eliminates Dextran and ash contents
in commercial sugar. By use of comparatively small quantity,
astounding improvement in sugar color is obtained.
AE – SUPERWASH is also
powerful fungicide.
AE – SUPERWASH
minimizes the use of lime and sulphur in raw juices. It improves
evaporators utilization and makes pan boiling easier and
better.
