Vacuum conveyor for powder feeding

Mechwell company produces Vacuum conveyor for feeding powder into extruders or bins, up to *0tons/hour. Special design: one vacuum pump drives multiple vacuum conveyors feeding powder into multiple extruders.

How dose the vacuum conveyor work?
The vacuum pump generates a vacuum in the separator tank of vacuum conveyor, the powder material is aspirated in this air stream into the separator tank, then a filter separates air and powder, powder is kept and collected in the separator. When the separator is filled with powder, the by-pass valve switches off, powder falls directly into the bins or extruders to be charged.  

We not only supply vacuum conveyor, but also offer complete powder handling systems, for example: complete PVC compounding line (automated weighing, dosing, mixing and conveying line).
