1. Perfect molding and good crushing resistanceHigh-strength resin,
mixed with high quality pigment,stuffing and imported additive such
as heat resistant agent, levelling agent and firming agent and so
on, which ensures the excellent profile molding effects in the
construction, and which makes the line with high abrasion
resistance and impact resistance, and without flaking or deforming
for long time use.
2. Gorgeous colors and high weather resistanceThe imported rutile
type titanium pigment (white) or heat resistance chrome yellow
(yellow), mixed with high quality structural pigment and
anti-ultraviolet additive, which ensures the line with the features
of anti-acid, anti- alkali, anti-fouling, gorgeous colors and high
weather resistance, etc.
3. Drying fastWhen the temperature is *0℃ and the relative humidity
is *0%, the drying time of marking surface is no more than 3minutes
and the construction seldom pollute the environment.
4. Construction conditionsThe suitable construction temperature for
the paint is **0℃ to **0 ℃ and the suitable environment temperature
is 5℃ to *0℃. The relative humidity should be below *0%. If the
temperature and humidity is excessive differential to the above
data range, the construction temperature and speed should be
appropriately adjusted. The road surface must be kept clean and dry
during the construction. It is recommended that separate special
primer produced by our company should be coordinated with when
construction on the cement concrete and asphalt road.
5. Paint consumptionProfiled road markings obtain square, bar and
multi-dot ones. Different patterns require different paint
consumption. Take the universal square profiled line for example.
When the applied profiled size is 5×4.5×0.5cm and the space size is
twice the block size, the paint consumption per square is about
5kg. The paint consumption varies according to the profiled
pattern, profiled size and space size.
