PROCEDURE

1. Seller’s Beneficiary issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) with copy of Passport. Buyer/Buyer’s Authorized Mandate signs FCO agreeing on all terms and procedures and returns to Seller’s Beneficiary.
2. Seller’s Beneficiary officially invites Buyer/ Buyer’s Authorized Mandate to come to Bangkok, inspect the product  and secure the Private Sales and Purchase Agreement (PSPA) in Seller’s Bank
3. Buyer/Buyer’s Authorized Mandate and Seller’s Beneficiary lodge PSPA to their respective Banks and instruct both Bank Officers to start trade communication via MT**0
4. Buyer Bank sends payment via MT**3 filed *3 (Conditional) to Seller’s Bank covering the particular lift
5. Seller’s Beneficiary/Seller’s Bank delivers the merchandise to Brink’s Warehouse. Brink’s prepares insurance and all relevant documents for lifting of merchandise onboard the Brink’s Aircraft. Seller/Seller’s Bank guarantees safety of product within Thailand Airspace.
6. Seller’s Bank affects payment against copy of Brink’s confirmation of take off that uplifts the conditional transfer. Buyer’s Bank pays to all consultants with rates as specified in IMFPA being an integral part of the PSPA
7. Procedure **6 repeats until completion of contractual quantity or up to the additional quantity with an addendum as an integral part of this contractual agreement agreed by both Buyer and Seller

NOTE:

1.      Buyer will arrange with Brink’s Thailand Limited for shipping, assaying, insurance and pay for all expenses from the loading point to Buyer’s final destination

2.      Should LBME price increases equivalent to or than BAHT 1,**0,**0 the price shall be revised

3.      Should LBME price drop to or Less than BAHT 1,**0,**0 also the selling price will be revised
