This is the response of the seller; directly from the seller.

1)The seller can nominate a vessel (amongst NNPC registered vessel companies) in the name of the buyer, if okay by the buyer.
Seller can then begin programming once this is agreed upon.

2)  Buyer can send the seller a pre-charter vessel particulars for programming, immediately followed by signing of contract.

3)  Buyer can send a letter on their company letterhead indicating their ability to pay for the cargo through their bank for verification, then the seller may sign.

4) Seller will chartter the vessel on C& F

4) Seller is putting up 2% performance bond.

5) Relay buyer's guarantee of perfomance to seller.

6) Seller wants it known that he is interested only in serious buyers
