1.Description:

Rock wool is made of select fine basalt as the major materials which is pulled into **7µ non-continuous fibers after melted by adopting advanced international four-roller centrifugal cotton-making procedures and adding a certain of adhesives, dust laying oil and water repellent into rock wool fibers. It can be made into products series with different density according to various uses through the technology of sedimentation, solidify, cutting and etc.

2.Application:
1)Petrochemical industry *- heat insulation and sound absorption of equipments for petroleum industry, power industry and chemical industry.
2）Construction industry *- heat insulation and sound absorption of partition, curtain wall, roofs and fences for construction.
3）Mining industry *- heat preservation and fireproof for industrial kiln, oven, large-caliber storage tank and shipping.

Simplex felt:With fine heat insulation property and sound absorption effect it is applicable to big sized pipelines,constructed wall and roof.

Fiber glass cloth sewed felt:It is applicable to big-span industrial facilities and building structures.It is breaking-resistant and facilitates construction.It also has dust-proof function when being used on constructed wall.

Aluminum foil felt:It is especially suited for circular pipelines,small eauipment and piplines of air light steel structure as it faclitates the construction.It has better functions of water-proof,dust-proof and heat insulation and could reduce liquid drop along pipelines.

Metal mesh sewed felt:It is suitable for conditions with great shake and high temperature.The poduct is often recommeded to be used for heat insulation mate-rial on boilers,ships,valves and large-sizd irregular pipes.(Notice:The edge of metal mesh is effective)
