UKREXPORT Pvt Co. has direct access to producers of hot-rolled as well as cold-rolled and cold-drawn Round Steel Bars & Rods in Ukraine and neighboring countries (ex Soviet republics). Round Steel on post Soviet terrains is produced according to local domestic standards only:

GOST *******5: Carbon Steel Wire Rods, hot-rolled, common quality.
Diameter: 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm, 6.3mm, 6.5mm, 7.0mm, 8.0mm, 9.0mm.
Packing: **9mm in bundles or rods per min. **0kg (possible min. *0kg/**0kg)

GOST ******5: Calibrated Round Steel, cold-rolled or cold-drawn.
Diameter: ****0mm; Length: 1.**6.5m or specified
Packing: ***5mm in bundles or rods, *****0mm in bars.

GOST ******8: Round Steel Bars, hot-rolled, common & high quality.
Diameter: ****0mm; Length specified within ***4m
Packing: **9mm in bundles or rods, *****0mm in bars.

A variety of steel grades such as common & high quality, low & high alloyed, unalloyed or automatic (free-cutting) steel is admitted for making the above Round Steel. Minimal order quantity is ***0MT because this is minimal capacity of a single blast furnace where requested steel grade for requested type of Round Steel is to be smelted.

NOTE: The above Round Steel is not to be mistaken with round steel for reinforcement of ferroconcrete structures as per GOST ******2, for example, ranging only from 6mm to *0mm in diameter and serving only as carcasses in monolithic ferroconcretes or as transversal pivots and reinforcing ropes in building barely. The latter is a narrowly specialized building material, whereas Round Steel as finished product has a variety of ultimate applications.
