2. Delivery terms
2.1. The Sellertransports the Goods upon receiving a written Order signed by the Parties and payment of Goods by theBuyerin accordance with the terms defined in the clause 4.3. Ownership of the Goods passes from theSellerto theBuyerat the time of transfer of Goods to the Buyerat the Place of destinationLoading.
2.2. The Goods are shipped according to the schedule agreed by the Parties, provided in the Annex № 2 to the Agreement and monthly Orders of the Buyer, which are the part of the Agreement.
2.3.Delivery of Goods to the Buyer is carried by auto transport to the conditions: onFCA INCOTERMS ***0.
2.4.The
delivery date is the date of transfer of Goods to the auto
transport of the Buyer
at the Place of
destinationLoading.
2.5. The Seller
gives the Buyer/carrier
the following documents to the shipped Goods:
- Seller’s invoice for each shipment (1 original).
- (1 copy).
- Finalized bills of lading CMR(1 original).
- Certificate EUR – 1 (1 assure copy).
- Certificate of Goods origin (1 copy).
