Terms of Payment: Buyers’ Bank will provide a Confirmed, Irrevocable, Assignable, Divisible, Transferable DLC  of Shipment value issued and/or confirmed by a Top *5 World Prime Bank in USA, payable  **0% at sight upon presentation of the shipping documents. 
Inspection: Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), at Sellers cost shall inspect the commodity at the port  of loading. SGS survey shall issue an inspection certificate of Quantity and quality for the  shipment to certify that the goods are in good order and condition and conforming to the  specifications herein stated for ICUMSA *5, Refined White sugar issued at the time of loading.  The certificates confirming to the specifications herein stated for ICUMSA *5.  

Procedure: At this stage:  1.  Seller issues a CONTRACT AGREEMENT and PRO-FORMA INVOICE to the buyer and when  both parties are agreed on the contract, they would proceed to sign the contract in a way  convenient to both, electronic signatures shall be considered valid in this transaction.  2. Within 7 working days after signing the Contract, Buyer’s bank opens a non  operative DLC in  favour of seller  3. Seller’s bank sends 2% PB and Proof of Product to the buyer’s bank after receiving the payment  instrument to make Buyer’s DLC Operative.  4. Once seller’s bank approves the Buyer’s Payment Instruments for export, seller initiates export  activities so that manufacturer shall load the ship within ****5 days.  5. Seller arranges inspection by SGS for both quality and quantity. Seller shall also allow buyer’s  agent or an independent third party agent/inspection company, of buyer’s choice to inspect.
6. **0% payment at sight upon presentation  of required standard shipping documents at  confirming bank counter.
