With all required finishing, shipped aboard a truck... ...& downloaded by crane exactly where it is needed.

Houses come in many shapes:

From a very small guard house...

To large compounds whose components are
manufactured in factory and assembled on site.

How to order Prefab Houses ?

1.All you have to do is contact us. A customer consultant (CC) will visit you at your office and understand your main needs. Alternatively you can visit us at our factory where we will show you the manufacturing process and propose to you the available stock models.

2. Once a floor plan is drawn and agreed upon and the offer signed, all it takes is a few days to get the house finished. (Depending on workload)

3. During this time the client must prepare the ground to reception the house. (Usually concrete footings of **0x**0 mm). Once the house is received, all the client has to do is to connect water, electricity and sewage to the corresponding main outlets and the house is ready.

4. If the client housing needs are more extensive and he requires a prefab compound, then an approval plan will be
drawn out.

Prefab Houses: Multistories

It is very easy to fit multi-story houses, just ask for a flat roof first floor and put the second on top of it,
bolting them together at indicated locations. Three floors are also possible.

ZHS proposes two main assembly technologies for prefab compounds, the end result being the same.

1.Shipping aboard a truck anErecting it on site alongside its "sisters"in-factory pre-assembled house part.

2.Pre-assembly of walls, floor and roof in factory, bolt them together on site, and closing off connections points
with flashings. Note: Floors are optional, one can fix the walls directly on the concrete bases.

Both options yielding the same design.
