INSTRUCTIONS

1. Roll out the paste on a non-stick surface or using cornflour/icing sugar for dusting. 
2. Cut out flower with pressing plunger. 
3. Use the plunger and make the blossom on a soft foam sponge or directly onto the cake. 

To obtain a finer finish, use a ball tool to soften the edges of the leaf. The leaf can be insert into each flower blossom for use in wired arrangement and sprays.
