7/ Loading rate: 3,**0 Metric Tons/day SHINC for geared vessels from *0,**0 metric tons to *2,**0 metric tons. or 4,**0 Metric Tons/day SHINC for geared vessels from *0,**0 Metric Tons up.

8/ PAYMENT: By Irrevocable, confirmed, revolving L/C at sight. L/C to be opened from First Class International Bank and Accepted by Seller's nominated bank.

 Payment Documents:

- Full set (3/3) of Original clean on Board Bill of Lading issued marked "freight prepaid"

- Detail packing list in triplicate.

- Signed Commercial Invoice in triplicate.

- SGS (or equivalent) Certificate of Quality and Weight/Quantity in triplicate.

- Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam in triplicate.

9/ SHIPMENT: within *5~ *0 days after received of payment instrument.

*0/ INSPECTION: To be considered as final at loading port and to be done by SGS or equivalent. Inspection's fee at Seller's account.
