companies through monthly held auctions..
We highly recommend buying through the auction process since
it is the officially recognized method of buying diamonds in
Zimbabwe.
It guarantees adequate security from point of purchase
to delivery. The auctioning method is Kimberly Process
certified.

• We help to fast track the process of attending diamond
auctions since there is always a long waiting list of potential
bidders.
• As soon as we have registered your company for the auction,
we will place it ahead on the bidding queue and also help you with
the subsequent process of buying.

• Our close relationship with the diamond auctioneers
guarantees that you receive the correct diamonds according to your
precise specifications.
• We also provide you with an opportunity to make a purchase
offer on the parcels aside the actual auction process.
• You will have a chance to view the parcels upon registration
(before the auction event.)
Requirements for procuring diamonds:
• As a prerequisite to the bidding process, the auctioneers
will conduct a basic mini audit on your company profile. (This is
just standard procedure)
• Bidding on all parcels starts at $3 million.
• Copies of passports of those attending the auction are
required.
• Bank statements reflecting proof of funds are
required.
Remuneration
• We negotiate a reasonable commission of the total
sale.
• You will incur a minimal facilitation fee (to be
discussed.)
