B) Buyer will pay for the expenses encored to enable seller make
shipment and other procure export documents, taxation etc, and basic
expenses.

C) Seller and buyer or buyer,s representative will accompany the
product directly to the buyer,s destination to withness the final
assay report before the final payment that will not be more than
*2hours.

D) buyer will wire the fund to our nominated bank account, after
satisfactory essay result from the buyers refinery.

E) All the expenses made by the buyer here in Mali at the time of
preparation of shipment will be deducted from the final payment,
please be noted.
