Principle

Storage and shelf life

Sample requirements

1. The kit suitable for whole blood, serum or plasma

2. Sample collection should be completed as soon as possible after the test to avoid hemolytic. Thawing of blood specimen cannot be used.

3. Sample can be saved at 2°C*8°C for 3 days.

Method

1.Taken from the original packaging Kit, used it in 1 hour as soon as possible especially when the room   temperature over *0 ° c or in the environment of high temperature and high humidity.

3.Read the test result after 5 minutes. The result is invalid if read after 7 minutes.

Interpretation of the results

Positive:

Three lines appear test line (C), reference line (R) and test line (T), and the concentration of the test line (T) is lower than reference line (R), which shows the CrP concentrations is equal or greater than 1ug/ml, less than 3ug/ml.; when the concentration of the test line (T) is equal or greater than reference line (R), which shows the CrP concentrations is equal or greater than 3ug/ml; The faster of the coloration, the darker on the testing line (T), which means the higher concentration in the CrP.

Negative:

Only appears test line (C) and reference line (R) that shows the higher concentration in the CrP. 

Invalid:

 No test line (C) and reference line (R) appears. It is recommended to using a new testing device.
