Gardenia green
pigment does contain a chemical that reverses some of the
pancreatic dysfunctions that underlie the disease. The main
manufacturing processes are checking, washing, slicing, extracting,
isolating, filtrating, purifying, concentrating, sterilizing,
spraying & drying. The main ingredients are Crocin and
Crocetin. It is a cheap, safe and reliable as well as convenient
natural Pigment.
Gardenia fruit
contains gardening, gardenoside, geniposide, crocin, crocetin,
ursonic acid, etc. Gardenia decoction and alcohol extract can
normalize the functioning of the gall bladder, promote the
secretion of bile, reduce bilirubin in the blood, promote its rapid
discharge and inhibit hemolytic streptococcus and dermatomyces.
This herb has antipyretic, analgesic, tranquilizing,
blood-pressure-reducing and hemostatic effects.

Gardenia green
is pale-green to deep-green powder dissolved in water and ethanol
water that is made with gardenia yellow pigment and gardenia blue
pigment. Its color is beautiful and bright with good dyeing effect
and stable especially in pH4 to pH8. The pigment’s water solution
is stable under heat and light, with rare influences on its color
and stability.

Application:It
is widely used on foods, and suitable for preparation of wine,
carbonated drinks, fruit juice type beverage, jam, candy, cakes,
jelly, puffed food, bread, ice cream and other coloring or
complementary color. This color is not allowed to be used on kelp,
meat, fresh fish, shellfish, tea, laver, beans and
vegetables.
Usage:
It
can be dissoluble in water solution and water-based medium. The
amount should be limited between 0.*3% and 0.1%, but this is for
reference only.
