YCY***5Z **5×**0 Vacuum
Laminator is suitable for vacuum lamination on multilayer circuit
boards in the industries of PCB, FPC and CCL. The equipment
consists of mechanical part, hydraulic system, vacuum system, water
cooling system and control system. The cool-heat combined
laminating sheets are of imported aluminum alloy sheets. The
hydraulic system applies the parts by Taiwan. The vacuum pump is by
SIEMENSE. The water cooling machine applies DAIKIN 5HP air-cooling
compressor. The control system applies OMRON products. The
processing parameters are input with man-machine interface by touch
screen. It is automatically inspected and controlled by PLC. The
control precisions of temperature and pressure are less than 1
centigrade degree and 0.1Mpa respectively. The temperature rise
slope is adjustable. The temperature and pressure can be increased
or reduced by grade in 8 grades. There are 6 sets of processing
parameters in the system, which can be selected
freely.
