pigment, a purely natural and water-, alcohol-, and ethylic
acid-soluble color, is extracted from grape peel. The main
manufacturing processes are checking, washing, smashing,
haematochrome extraction, abruption, purifying, concentrating,

anthocyanin and flavone. Its color depends on the change in PH
value. This kind of pigment powder is widely used in food, acidic

Characteristics:
Red grape peel
pigment is easily dissolved in water, alcohol and acetic acid
solutions. Under acidic conditions, the color of its water solution
is purple-red. Under neutral conditions, the color becomes
blue-purple. When used under alkaline conditions, its color becomes
blue.
