I would like to sell a prosperous and growing company operating in the sector of gift and textile products. In the premium gift sector we have been operating for more than *4 years, and the company's products are well-recognized throughout the country. The company produces pillows, towels in different sizes and bedding articles. 

The object of the sale transaction will be the whole company as a structured economic entity with its own real estate, machinery and equipment as well as a base of regular clients, well-trained sales staff and production workers. 

An annual turnover of the company ranges from 1.0 to 1.2 million PLN with the potential to increase to 5 - 6 million PLN in the current facility. We now have land where we will begin the construction of a new manufacturing plant whose area will be **0 m2. After the start up of this plant, the annual turnover will be able to reach the level of *0.0 million PLN. Currently the company is profitable. 

The company has a very good location from the logistics point of view: it is based near Wrocław in in close proximity to the A4 motorway. 

Our products are made according to our own projects or according to the designs provided by customers. We offer short order fulfillment times for orders according to customers' designs: 3 days for short series and 7 - *4 days for long series. Currently, we are able to perform external production orders of up to **0 thousand PLN per month. 

Presently, our products are distributed all over Poland. We act in order to sell our products in the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria.
