Vessel Nominations, Shipment &
Procedure:
I. Seller/ Buyer
Sign Seal the Contract and Exchange the Signed Copy by Electronic
Mail. The Electronic Signed Copy By Both Parties Is Considered
Legally Binding And Enforceable. Buyer returns With ATB details and
Super cargo details
Seller can send THE
ATS and Cargo details to the Buyers Bank for
verification
ii.
Buyer place full instrument (MT**3/*3, MT**9 or DLC), then
Seller issues Marine ATB and NNPC and NAVAL Clearance to the Buyer
to board the vessel for confirmation and position Vessel as
agreed, the vessel move to any point of conducting his
Q&Q.
ii
b. Buyer shall within *2 hours after receipt Q&Q report,
Payment's is made by swift to seller’s bank, agents,
facilitators. Payment Instruments MT**3 covering cargo per
out-turn barrel quantity value as per the Q & Q
conducted.
iii. Full payment by SWIFT/KTT
shall be released to all the nominated accounts in the contract by
the buyer as re-chartering of the loaded vessel is concluded in the
buyer’s name.
iV. All the cargo
documents in the buyer’s name is concluded and delivered to the
buyer’ bank.
