They can adjust inthe designed scope arbitrarily, easy to operate, mainly for producing filtersieve screen.

•Application scope: welding for stainless steel wire, high quality low carbonsteel wire.
 
Operation principle and main structure and function
the welding machine adopts resistance pressure welding principles，the wire roller is connected to one pole of welding transformer by carbon brush, press wire electrode wheel connection with wire roller insulated connect to another pole of welding transformer. The current resistance heat makes the contact part of support rod and welding wire melt and then weld to produce the screen.
The machine adopts high-power welding transformer which ensure the continuous power transmission and welding. The welding pressure is adjusted through the spring lever. The welding time is adjusted through the rotary speed.
