APPLICATION
PREPARATION:K*2 crystallized waterproofing mortar is a delicate formula. For that reason, it is filled in specially scaled *0 litre buckets in order to dismiss inconveniences in bag applications and mix the water precisely which is the catalyser. There is enough space in the bucket to add water. The cover of the bucket is opened. The bucket is filled with clean water up to 3 ~ 4 fingers to the top (5 litres). It is mixed with a mixer for average 7 minutes.
APPLICATION:On old surfaces, the surface should be cleaned first. The surface should be cleaned from oil, paint and dust, double cement and paint layers should be removed. If it is possible, it should be cleaned with pressure water. Wide joints and holes should be repaired with repair mortar. It is applied on damp and dry concrete surfaces. It must be paid attention that the surface is between the service temperature values. The mixture is applied with a brush. After the first layer dried, the second layer is applied vertically to the first one. The surfaces to be walked on should be covered with ceramic tile, marble or similar materials using cement based adhesives.
