Factory specializes in briquetting metallurgical raw materials of all kinds: ferroalloy fines, coke fines, Mn-concentrates, scale etc.

Considering the global tendencies and current market deficit of the metal scrap, we hereby offer for your kind consideration one of our popular products for export sale: Fe-briquettes.

Fe-briquettes are used in the steel production in arc furnaces, converters of different kinds – up to *0% of the metal scrap loading as a substitute for scrap. Such briquettes are mostly made of the several kinds of materials: it can be either mill scale or magnetic separation, with or without adding of reducer (anthracitic coal fines, graphite fines, coke fines) depending on the customer’s demand.

Technical characteristics can vary depending on the customer’s certain demand, but in general basic Fe-briquettes have the following:

Size: *0х*0х*0 mm (*****0 mm grade);

Total Fe-compound: from *0% up to *4% (depending on material and customer’s demand);

Breaking strength: ******0 kg per briquette;

Density: **6,5 gramm/cm3;

Loading: in the furnace with metal scrap;

All Fe-briqettes are packed in big-bags, are moisture-proof.

Factory’s capacity is up to ***0 MT/month of such briquettes.
