The One Touch ultra test strips are used with the one touch Ultra meter for measuring glucose in whole blood. It requires only a tiny sample for accurate and simple reading. It acutomatically draws blood in to test strips. to test your glucose make sure your hands are washed  throughly with water and soap and compeletly dried, take a strip from the bottle and place it in one touch ultra meter make sure the code that appears matches the bottle of strips you are using. Take your lancet device and prick your finger. Place your blood on the open end of the strip until it is full and the count down begins. The meter will display your blood glucose in about five seconds.
