PROCEDURES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
1. Buyer issues LOl / ICPO.
2. Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer signs and seals FCO and returns to seller with BCL or RWA
and a soft probe authorization.
4. Seller sends draft contract following agreed SPA terms.
5. Buyer signs and seals and returns the contract.
6. Buyer opens payment instrument specified.
7. Seller issues Performance Bond of 2% through banks.
8. Shipment commences as Scheduled.
