Description

We offer:
Tuber Aestivum, the summer black truffle;
Tuber Uncinatum, the autumn black truffle;
Tuber Magnatum Pico, the Italian white truffle;
Tuber Melanosporum, the Perigord black truffle or the winter black truffle;
other species also available;

The truffles available are classified in three grades with respect of the international standard for the trade with truffles:

Grade Extra: truffles above *0g each, with perfect shape and free of damage

Grade A: truffles above *0g each, still good but with irregular shape and minor damage (holes, cuts etc.).

Grade B: truffles above 5g, may also have halfs, pieces soft truffles, immature, etc
