Directions

Take 1 capsule *0 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach. A second capsule may be consumed **6 hours later, prior to lunch. If required, an additional third capsule may be taken **6 hours after this. Do not take Grenade within 6 hours of intended sleep. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
