Our family keeps the tradition since ***0 in the area of olive oil. We produce and package this Extra Virgin Olive oil in our mill from Koroneiki olive crop. Our mill is located in Vartholomio Ilias in Peloponnisos, Greece. The choice of olive oil we pack, is strictly from prestigious Koroneiki olives from the area of Kastro Ilias. Our olive is not mixed with other types of olive oil. The extraction process is done in low temperatures and ideal processing times and the result is Excellent. The cold extraction has result the juice taste of our olive oil and the low acidity indices.

    Our mill complies with the regulations and standards of HAACP and ISO ****0:***5. All storage tanks are INOX and pipes transport oil is certified according standard ISO. The inside area of our mill and health rules as one can see from the photos are also in agreement with the ISO standard.

    The process of harvesting the olives is done with the traditional way for years. Hitting the branches of olive, abscission of olive and package in sacks. The process of extraction is done immediately after the package to avoid the mature and heating of olive fruit.

    The storage of the chosen oils is in large resting tanks INOX. Avoid the use of filters because we want the oil to keep this fruity flavor. The packaging takes place in a specially designed area containing the storage tanks and media standards.
