Description

Operation Regulation of the Machine
The machine is allowed to put into production formally after the trial running is fully qualified. To ensure the safe running of the machine for a long term, correct operation and routine maintenance as well as regular troubleshooting shall be conducted.

1. Preparation Work Prior to the Running of the Machine
Full preparation work as well as strict inspection work shall be conducted before the normal startup and running of the machine. For the machine, all parts shall be complete and without defects, all fixing bolts and anchor bolts shall be tightened firmly, and accessories shall be free from objects and sundries which may exert negative influence on the running.
2. Procedure of Startup and Shutdown
After the above-mentioned preparation and examination works are all in accordance with the requirements, crusher can be started up. Materials can be fed evenly into the machine after the rotation speed goes smoothly. Stop feeding first when shut down the machine, and the machine can be stopped after there are no residual materials in the feed hopper.
3. Normal Running of the Machine:
After the normal running of the machine is conducted, machine operators and relevant personnel shall pay attention to the following things:
1、Whether the fixing bolt is broken down or loosened;
2、Whether the lubrication situation of all bearings is normal and there is overheating;
3、Whether all sealing is firm and there is oil leakage;
4、Whether the amount of material fed is excessive and the particle size of the material
discharged is in accordance with the requirements;
5、Whether the toothed rolls and gears run smoothly.
4. Other Notices:
1、Rotation direction of the machine shall not be changed.
2、If there is a power failure when running, cut the power at once to avoid accidents caused by sudden supply of power.
