The excavating and hoeing machine is novel ore loading equipment which is designed and produced for conveniently excavating the earthwork in the construction of water conservancy tunnels. By adoption of a caterpillar chassis, full hydraulic pilot operation and a large-inclined angle conveyor belt, the equipment can conveniently excavate in inclined roadways and hoe the earthwork or ores, and has two purposes. According to the requirements of users, the height and depth of the excavation and the loading height can be customized. The power can be provided by a diesel engine and a motor which are optional. A hoeing bucket can be replaced when the ores are hoed; and a hydraulic crushing hammer can be equipped so as to hoe lump ores after they are crushed. It is more ideal multifunctional ore loading equipment.
