Marine fender pad made of Polyethylene is a superior match to rubber fender for example arch fender, cell fender, cone fender, D fenders, element fender, square fender, V fender....as a protective cover for different docking constructions.They are widely applied in port, harbour, dock, wharf, pier and protector for broadside of vessels; The Polyethylene frontal pad is especially useful when low-friction contact during docking and mooring is needed. They can help to reduce shear forces, and protect rubber fenders, they do not decay or deteriorate and will not easily splinter or crush.
For all these applications, there are two grades of Polyethylene we can offer:
HD-PE: High Density Polyethylene
UHMW-PE: Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene
