Here are procedures which we hope our buyer can follow:
 

PROCEDURE:

1)     Buyer and Seller sign and seal this Contract including their banking coordinates. The electronic signed copy by both Parties is legally binding and enforceable and must not be changed. The executed SPA is lodged in their respective banks.

2)     Buyer’s bank shall establish communication with Seller’s bank confirming that they have received the SPA Contract document and demanding readiness and willingness from Seller’s bank to place 2% Performance Bond on receiving Non-Operative, Irrevocable, Unconditional, Transferable, Divisible and Confirmed Letter of Credit from the buyer’s bank.

3)     Buyer’s bank issues via SWIFT, a Non-Operative, Irrevocable, Unconditional, Transferable, Divisible and Confirmed Letter of Credit to seller’s bank in favour of seller. 

4)     Seller’s bank issues a 2% PB to buyer’s bank which automatically activates the Buyer’s LC and the Buyer’s LC becomes Operative.

5)     Seller nominates a vessel and the loaded vessel master issues NOR/ETA to Buyer's port of discharge,. Vessel will be moved to Buyers port of discharge and issue ATB for inspection.

6)               Upon successful Q and Q, seller releases all shipping cargo document in buyer's name.

7)     All Original documents in buyers name is handed over to the buyer’s bank.

8)     Payment via swift made to the seller's accounts
