NOC�s marketing policy and document required for registration. � 1 � The NOC crude oil deals directly with end user � refinery �. 2 � The FOB prices are based on the official selling price � OSP �. 3 � All sales contracts based on yearly commitments. 4 � Libyan crude oil is not allowed for resell. 5 � Payment in full by Confirmed Letter of Credit confirmed and � � � � �accepted by Libyan Foreign Bank. � In addition, the following documents are required. 1 � Audited financials for the past three years or management � � �accounts for the past three years. 2 � Notarized copy of the certificate of incorporation. 3 � Full Corporate Profile. 4 � Three bank references at least one of which must be from a first � � �class bank who the client will be using to provide payment � � �security. 5 � Any money laundering, anti terrorism or know your customer � � �paper work as may be directed by the finance department. 6 � Credit Rating from recognized rating agency.
