Foil winding:
Low-voltage winding adopts a complete clutch gold including F-class insulation. Foil winding successfully solved the problem of low voltage, large short circuit stress, unstable ampere-turn, bad radiating, unstable quality of hand welding. Our company's winding head is embedded by resin and is humidity and dirty resistant.
Temperature Control Device:
Our transformer adopts BWDK series signal thermometer. The temperature measurer is buried in the upper part of the low-voltage winding and can automatically test and show the working humidity of every winding. It also has temperature excursion alarm and tripping operation function.
