Terms: On FOB and CIF as follows:

1. FOB procedure, Buyer come and smelt thegoldbars at our smelter /refinery in Tanzania and pay money against the assay/purity report.
2. CIF procedure, Buyer pay export taxes  and seller export the cargo to the buyer’s destination or buyer open transferable SBLC/BGMT**0/DLCMT**0 upon the confirmation of the LC, seller export the cargo to the buyer’s    destination. Where buyer will pay the money after receiving the cargo, tested and analyzed it.
