be delivered to the buyers designate refinery for final assay and
payment, this will follow the contract signing, all purchases are NET
BUYS, Sellers Representatives MUST make prior arrangements to move
with the buyer at the same flight along with the metal.
FOB: If mutually agreed the gold can be delivered to a refinery of the
buyers choice in the country where the Seller is liquidating the
commodity,

NOTES: Gold Dust, Dore Bars that are in Bamako Mali, must be delivered
to the buyers refinery for final assay and payment, Bank To Bank.
