Procedure F.O.B:
 
- Seller issues the F.C.O and the draft contract, buyer confirms and sends LOI
-Buyer comes to the seller's country (Republique du Benin) for inspection of the goods, after a satisfactory check on the said gold at the place of deposit; buyer will pay for the shipment cost of 7.5% of the invoice value of the goods.
-The seller gives the buyer a quantity of the gold equivalent to the said 7.5% of the value of the goods advanced by the buyer. The buyer and seller sign a common agreement for the security of the said collateral in the buyer’s possession.
-All the shipment fees and cost will be paid in Republic of Benin.
-Seller representative will accompany the gold with the buyer to the refinery.
-After refinery buyer pays by swift transfer the remaining funds to the seller's bank account.
