Description

Intended use
The IgA is a quantitative turbidimetric test for the measurement of IgA in human serum or plasma.
Principle of the method
Anti-human IgA antibodies when mixed with samples containing IgA, form insoluble complexes. These complexes cause an absorbance change, dependent upon the IgA concentration of the patient sample, that can be quantified by comparison from a calibrator of know IgA concentration.
Reagent composition
DiluentR1 PBS buffer *0 mmol/L, PEG ***0,Surfactant.
AntibodyR2):PBS buffer *0 mmol/L, Goat serum, anti-human IgA,Preservative.
Storage and Shelf Life
1.Sored tightly closed at **8ºC.
2.Non-open kit stored tightly closed at  **8ºC has *2 month shelf  life, once opening, the kit has one more month at**8ºC storage
Applied analyzer
Spectrophotometer or biochemical analyzer with **0nm wavelength.
Sample
Fresh serum or plasma. Do not use highly hemolized or lipemic samples. If not determine in time, store at**0. Avoid repeat freezing and melting.
