lecchino,canino,mariolo,tagascia,frantoio,santa caterina,pendolino,marina,,also kalamata which blends well !! In the next few years will have crops in the ****0 ton range and my olives squeeze out at *0 gallons a ton in the past .. I have sample oil you can harvest and process my olives or contract with me to buy bulk or bottled.Nothing but praise for my oil ,no grubs or flyshit in these. a green rich nut-flavor with a peppery-bite finnish.
