Features
- The upper and down rollers were configured in series-wound mode, moreover, enclosed in cabinet-like construction. Plates with the shape like “V” were fitted inside rollers, distributed like twist form. Seed flow in the roller is reverse to hot air flow, ensuring their sufficient blending. Its drying capacity is great, and thermal efficiency is high.
- Obliquity of upper and down rollers can be regulated steplessly, satisfying drying needs of different kinds of seeds.
- Machine was designed as totally enclosed construction, effectively preventing the dispersion of noxious gases. All the machine parts contacting with wet coated seeds were made by corrosion resistant stainless steel. The machine is safe and durable.
- Heating system employed two-class oil burner, equipped with temperature controlling unit to regulate the aimed drying temperature. Machine works steadily, and has high thermal efficiency, safe processing performance, and high drying efficiency.
- Regulating unit was fitted at outlet end to regulate quantity of hot air according to seeds' specific gravity, humidity, productivity.

Application

- Coated seed dryer is suitable for quick drying of coated or pelleted seeds, accelerating the film forming and solidifying of liquid chemical product, reducing the feasibility of seed's felting or agglomeration. It ensures that coated seeds can be timely quantified, packaged and transported.
